Federal Bank's Rewards Program

Clients couldn’t use the rewards program directly on their SBER devices. When they wanted to use the rewards program, they had to navigate through WebView to access the website. This inconvenience led to decreased customer engagement.

As a Senior Product Designer on this project, my primary focus was on developing a cross-platform design that seamlessly integrated across various platforms, including iOS, tablet, and Smart TV. This allowed Sberbank customers to fully interact with the "Sber Spasibo" rewards program without leaving these applications.

I worked end-to-end, from gathering functional requirements to releasing the product feature.

The user flow for the whole product feature consists of four large sections.

Users can access the rewards program through a banner on the home page of the iOS app.

Point your camera towards the code to open the Figma interactive prototype on your phone.

The promo page highlights the benefits of the rewards program and guides users on how to earn and redeem points.

Users can register using only their date of birth and phone number

It's possible to view Sberbank's different partners with specific conditions for each. Due to the rewards program's business constraints, some partners may be separated into groups where users can only spend or accumulate bonuses

On the main screen of the rewards program, customers can view the total amount of bonuses available for spending. Additionally, they can see their current rewards program level displayed below that amount. Furthermore, they can explore services that allow them to redeem a portion of their purchases in the form of bonuses

There are four levels of the rewards program 'Sber Spasibo', each of which has its own set of benefits

Users can access more specific information about their current grade level by tapping on it

If a user wants to qualify for a higher rewards program level, they need to complete objectives for one quarter. On this screen, they can view specific information about each task

Users can receive more bonuses on specific purchases by choosing additional categories
